The clients purchased this “contractor’s special” house with the goal of renovating the entire home. They wanted an open kitchen-dining room-family room to accommodate their growing family. They desired a garage conversion to JADU (Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit) for visiting family and guests.

The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed. The kitchen floorplan was expanded to increase food-prep areas and add more cabinets for storage. A large garden window was added for visibility to the pool area. Double-ovens and a cooktop replaced the old, outdated range.
