The clients purchased this home from the owner who built it in 1980. It had never undergone any upgrades or major remodels. The clients cook and entertain often, and desired more work space, storage, and an open floor plan with a kitchen island.

In the proposed design, walls are removed and replaced with a large kitchen island with under cabinets and drawers, microwave/convection oven and waste/recycling drawer. The counter top space is expanded for more food prep area, refrigerator moved aside, a tall cabinet pantry installed. All new cabinets, luxury vinyl flooring, counter-tops, tile backsplash and all new appliances and fixtures complete the design.
